Individual Life Coaching – $90 per session

This 60-minute session is a chance to slow down, take a breath, and get clear on what’s going on and where you want to go next. No pressure, no judgment—just real conversation, honest support, and some practical steps to help you move forward. Whether it’s work, relationships, or just life feeling a bit off, we’ll tackle it together, focusing on career coaching, relationship coaching, and personal development. We'll address limiting beliefs and develop practical strategies for achieving your goals, including effective stress management techniques. Life Coaching Session Package
12 sessions — $900
1. What it is:
A 1:1 coaching experience focused on personal development to help people change the story they’re stuck in — building the life skills, confidence, and emotional toolkit they need to start showing up fully in their own life, whether through career coaching or relationship coaching.
2. How It Works
Initial Assessment: We start with a thorough examination of your current situation—your challenges, strengths, and vision.
Goal Setting: Together, we define clear, meaningful goals that align with your values and aspirations.
Weekly Coaching Sessions: Personalized one-on-one sessions (in-person or virtual) focused on mindset shifts, practical strategies, and accountability, with an emphasis on stress management techniques.
Action Plans: Step-by-step tasks tailored to your progress, designed to build momentum and confidence.
Support & Check-Ins: Ongoing email or message support between sessions to keep you motivated and on track.
Reflection & Adjustment: Regular reviews to celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your path as you grow.
